Sand Act

With their elegant bodies they move in the white glittering sand, searching and dance-like.

The crystals are passed trough a sieve and kept in a big tube of glass.

Playing and searching, they find their way in the sand, with the sand and with each other.

The virginal white forms the base of a charming and atmospheric scene with here and there some contact with the viewer. Sometimes they give away a little crystal…

Conditions:

Shower present.

Warm space for performance and make up.

For duo: 2 socles of at least 1 x 1 meter (2 X 2 meter is ideal) or 1 big socle fit for the two ladies.

For solo: 1 socle of the mentioned size.

Height of socles is of no importance to us.

The ladies sit on their kneels.

“Being lit out” has great surplus value because of the amount of “white” in this act: it takes all colours.

Blacklight has a beautiful effect.

Performance time: 1 X 75 minutes.
